One Nation (NSW Division) Media Release - 1/9/2008
One Nation Candidate for Bankstown Council
Bob Vinnicombe, President of the local One Nation Branch, is standing as an independent in the North Ward for Bankstown in the upcoming local Government elections on September 13th.
Bob has lived in Sefton for 25 years and been active in local politics since 1998.
He will vote against the anticipated increase in council rates to cover global warming because global warming, otherwise called "climate change", is a scam with no scientific evidence to support it.
Bob will not support any ratepayer-funded overseas travel junkets for councillors or any more "sister city" arrangements as these a waste of money and only an excuse for councilors to have a holiday at ratepayers' expense.
Bob Is against the current practice of hiring council halls out to extremist clerics from overseas who come here to preach hatred against Australians.
Bob will vote against legalisation of brothels as legalising brothels only makes it easier for girls to be forced into prostitution.
Bob will vote against high-rise and over-development as the traditional quarter acre block occupied by one house with a front garden and a back garden is the only civilised way to bring up a family.
Bob is confident he will be well-supported by the people of the North Ward as he will vote on council to reflect what the residents really want, instead of the "faceless men of the Labor caucus".
