Movement in the Flanx

I had so much fun in the pool and the gym that summer; combatting "lane rage", going to the gym each morning and then having coffee with friends. It alleviated back pain and set up a pattern.

I first went to the races in April 2003, and in April 2004, Lonhro had a farewell at the same racetrack I first went to - Randwick. His father is Octagonal, his mother Shadea, and two of his brothers are Niello and Spikes; he's now got least 300 foals arriving
